First Contact Support

We offer HR services to small businesses on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you need advice, it’s free! For on-site HR support or virtual meetings via Teams, we have options for both half-day and full-day rates (please note that travel time and mileage are additional costs).

We can assist with writing and updating legal contracts of employment, health and safety policies, risk assessments, near-miss reports, hazard analyses, and accident reporting. We provide guidance on legal training expectations and help ensure compliance with HSE expectations.
